It was Artemio Ricarte who pacified the Supremo. Bonifacio declared nullity of elections and left Tejeros together with other Magdiwang followers, including Artemio Ricarte. | Ricarte was elected Captain General of the Army during the Tejeros Convention. Upon dispersal, Baldomero Aguinaldo and Ricarte reached an understanding that the meeting will resume the following day, with Ricarte implying that the aim was to effect reconciliation (Glenn May). |
